Evidence before equipment

Testing & Process Design

Our stable in-house capability focuses on gravity amenability and process-direction testing. Additional flotation or leaching work is coordinated when the ore requires it.

Representative samples come first

A precise laboratory result from a biased sample is still misleading. Sampling should represent the ore types, size ranges and variability that the future plant will receive. We review the sampling context before interpreting a test result.

Gravity amenability program

The exact program depends on the mineral, but it can include feed preparation, size distribution, staged gravity separation, concentrate cleaning and size-by-size tailings checks. The objective is to learn where value reports and what preparation the separation requires.

From test result to flowsheet

A laboratory machine does not become a plant by increasing its dimensions. Plant design adds feed variability, mass flow, water balance, circulating load, sampling points, dewatering, tailings and operator control.

Initial project assessment is free. Detailed testing, calculations, drawings and equipment documentation are scoped according to the work required and may be credited against a complete equipment order.
Project review

Let the ore answer the first design question.

Share the mineral, target capacity and what you already know about the feed. We will review the project within one business day.
