Process route
The route stays deliberately short:
- Screen and control the feed fraction.
- Recover suitable gold-bearing material with centrifugal concentration.
- Use sluice and shaking table duty for concentrate handling and upgrading.
- Include water pumping and small supporting items in the scope, not only the main concentrator.
Equipment scope
The supplied notes listed a vibrating screen, STLB80 centrifugal concentrator, 1 x 6 m sluice, 2100 shaking table and IS80 water pump. For quotation work, the important point is that the pump, table, sluice, screening, pipework and spares belong in the same review as the main recovery machine.

A small alluvial project can look simple, but underquoting often happens when the offer only lists the visible concentrator. The actual plant duty also needs water, screening, concentrate cleaning, hose or pipe connections, spare parts and site interface checks.
