Evidence status: Reference case prepared from user-supplied project notes. Keep noindex until project records, client permission and approved public data are available.
Project positioning
This is a more conventional hard-rock gold reference than the 30 TPH Australia fine-gold route because it includes grinding and a complete downstream gravity section.
It is useful as the basis for a 50 TPH rock gold quotation checklist, especially when the client needs an integrated line rather than a single machine.
Known project facts
- Mineral: rock gold
- Location: Malaysia
- Nominal capacity: 50 TPH
- Maximum feed size: below 250 mm
- Screening fractions: 0-10 mm, 10-35 mm and above 35 mm
- Route: feeding, primary crushing, fine crushing, screening, grinding, gravity concentration and smelting
Process route
The route described in the supplied notes is a complete hard-rock gold line:
- Vibrating feeding and primary jaw crushing.
- Fine crushing and screening by size fraction.
- Grinding with a grate-type ball mill.
- Gravity recovery with centrifugal concentrator, shaking table and sluice duty.
- Pumping, water handling, conveying and smelting support.
Equipment scope
The supplied equipment scope included vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher, vibrating screen, double-roll crusher, grate-type ball mill, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table, sluice, slurry pump, water pump, belt conveyors and gold melting furnace.
Quotation and design lessons
For this kind of 50 TPH hard-rock gold route, the quotation should not stop at the crushers or concentrators. It must include:
- Crushing and screening
- Grinding and classification interface
- Gravity recovery and concentrate cleaning
- Water pumps and slurry pumps
- Conveyors and transfer points
- Electrical control
- Installation spares and site support
Publication status
No recovery percentage, concentrate grade or commissioning result is published. Those figures should only be added when backed by test work, operating records and permission for public use.
