Ore and project context
Record the ore type, weathering, known mineral association, representative head grade, top size, target throughput and project constraints. Avoid describing a single rich hand specimen as representative ore.
Test and design question
State what the team needed to learn. Examples include gravity-recoverable gold, target grind size, circulating-load behavior or whether a sulphide-bearing fraction required external flotation or leaching tests.
Flowsheet decision
Describe the crushing stages, grinding and classification logic, gravity recovery point and the treatment planned for gravity tailings. Explain which data caused the route to change.
Verifiable outcome
Attach approved photographs, test reports, equipment records and commissioning notes. Numerical performance belongs here only after the source and operating period have been checked.
